The "Author's Notepad" theme is a logical continuation of the free theme "Anarcho Notepad". It has many differences in comparison with the free version. The ability to customize is only one of the sides of the difference. Here are some of the most significant differences in comparison with the free version:

• Responsive/Mobile-Friendly layout — Theme optimized for mobile devices. This means that visitors of your website who uses smart phones or tablets will be see an adapted version of theme, so they will be able to comfortably enjoy the content of your website. This will boost your Google rankings, the number of visitors to your website, and ultimately the frequency of return visits and social shares.
• Much improved design — It has the same design that the "Anarcho Notepad" theme, but much improved. The graphics has been redrawn, and some parts are made in CSS. Your website visitors (especially with Retina Display) will definitely love this design.
• Lightweight — Its code has been significantly rewritten, and the graphics has been redrawn and better optimized. The background image is replaced with a pattern, and some other images are replaced with CSS code. All this made the theme more lightweight, so the pages load up to 80% faster (it depends on many factors such as the theme settings and server configuration).

• Changeable design inscriptions — One of the advantages is the ability to change/translate all the texts that are in the design. It has an options in Customizer for change the text of following inscriptions: “Search”, “Pages”, “What is this place”, “Friends & Links” and “Recent Posts”. So you can replace them with any text you want and in any language.

• Each sidebar widget can be removed — It has an option in Customizer to remove from the sidebar area the yellow sticker that contains a menu list, so you can place there any other sidebar widgets. So you can remove any widget in the sidebar.
• All 847 Google Fonts — You can customize the readability of theme by choosing from any of the 847 fonts included in Google’s font library.
• Our text of copyright can be removed — It has an option in Customizer to hide our text of copyright that looks like this: 'WordPress theme "Authors Notepad" by Space X-Chimp.' and located in the footer area.

In comparison with the free version, the code of the "Author's Notepad" theme has been significantly rewritten, and the graphics has been redrawn and better optimized.
